Did you know that car insurance doesn’t cover personal items in your vehicle? By Solo Insurance®
Personal items left in your car are unprotected by car insurance policies. I learned the hard way when I was first driving. Whether your car is stolen or broken into, your things like CDs, purses, laptops, tablets, phones, etc. are not part of your car insurance claim. These are covered by your homeowner/renter policies (another reason to make sure they’re up to date). So, a word to the wise, do not leave important items in your car. If you still think you must, make sure you keep all data like brand name/model/serial number/picture in a secure place at home. And you know not to leave anything visible to people passing by…in some countries it’s considered your fault if things in plain view are stolen.
Regardless if you have car insurance now or not, we shop the rates and always give you the best rate we find. It’s been that way since 1994. http://www.soloinsurance.net/ 800-207-7656
